MIK Legal Consulting is a professional and responsible credit collections agent and as such we offer a full counselling programme for creditors and debtors.

We have operated our collection services in the UK for the past 5 years, licensed by the Office of Fair Trading and regulated by the UK FSA. We are expanding our collection services to the UAE with the aim helping and resolving disputes.

We are the only credit collection agency that self regulates its own services under the UK FSA guidelines. We welcome any individuals that are in financial difficulty to contact us to arrange a consultation. Our experts will analyse each case on an individual basis.

MIK Legal Consulting will act on behalf of debtors and negotiate repayment plans. We will provide independant advice with the aim of reaching a mutual agreement with creditors.

We will only accept collection cases once we have satisfied our strict criteria. We are very selective and only once full ownership of the debt has been established will be undertake the collection. We have the right to refuse collection of certain cases on humanitarian and moral grounds.
